Michael Bay Says Transformers 4 Script Rumors Are False

Earlier today it was reported that a leaked script for Transformers 4 revealed the Autobots going head on against the likes of Unicron and Galvatron, and was said to feature Vector Prime, the Dinobots and Primus.

Now Michael Bay comes out on his website and says it's just not true.

Some Internet sites this morning reported that some document recovery guy has found a legitimate 120 page script of Transformers 4. I can absolutely 100 percent say this is completely false. The only two people in the world that have our unfinished script are Kruger and myself. Also we are only up to page 70 in our T4 script. Maybe this guy has a cartoon or something else – but definitely not our movie!

Bay

Interesting statement by Bay, as we said it sounded a lot like the recent Transformers Prime animated series as well.

We may never know if the script was real or not - unless the original source wants to reveal some pics - but it's probably a good bet that it wasn't the final version if it was indeed legit.

Who knows, maybe we'll see parts of it make it into the final movie as it did sound pretty cool.

Transformers 4 starts shooting next spring and has a July 4, 2014 release date directed by Michael Bay and starring Mark Wahlberg.
