Marvel announced that Matt Fraction is leaving both Fantastic Four and FF to make room for his new upcoming ongoing series, Inhumans.

Fantastic Four #12 and FF #11 will be Fraction's last issues with Tom Brevoort telling CBR, Karl Kessel and Lee Allred are coming on board to take over writing chores.

Karl Kessel will pen Fantastic Four, with Lee Allred on FF.

Kessel previously worked on issues of Fantastic Four back in 2002 as well as inking Mark Waid and Mike Wieringo's run.

Allred is stated to be a science-fiction writer and brother to FF artist Mike Allred.

Fraction will continue to be credited on the books as he mapped out the direction.

As of the report it sounds as if Mark Bagley and Mike Allred are sticking around.

Sales for Fantastic Four hover around the 35,000 mark with FF around 30K.

Inhumans by Matt Fraction kicks off in December.
