There have been rumors surrounding another Hulk movie for quite a while as well as with the success of Mark Ruffalo in The Avengers fans have been demanding a standalone film featuring the Jade Giant.

Now that looks to be a strong possibility as Lou Ferrigno lets it be known in a recent interview that a Hulk movie looks to be coming after The Avengers 2.

"They are doing a Hulk movie," Ferrigno stated when questioned if he would like Mark Ruffalo to do a separate Hulk film. "I think after the next Avengers. Because the reason is the Hulk in the last movie saved the day and was the star of the movie so Disney agreed to do a Hulk movie. But I think it will be done after The Avengers, the second one."

Ferrigno voiced the Hulk in The Avengers movie and is of course known for the TV version that ran from 1978-1982. Lou Ferrigno also hopes to have a role in the Hulk movie, but not as the Green Goliath.

"I would love to be one of the characters in the film. For sure," he said. "Not like a Hulk. Maybe something against type like a General or something."
