However, as Hiddleston has no experience, that put a stop to his plans rather abruptly.
The latest issue of Empire Magazine has Hiddleston revealing that he jokingly inquired about directing Thor 2.
I did ask, half-jokingly, Kevin Feige about directing 'Thor 2' and he said, 'Do you have something to show me?' I said no. He said, 'If you made something and showed me, I might consider it.
But it's better for the world that he said no. It would be such a responsibility, but I think I'd enjoy it.
We know that Alan Taylor, of Game of Thrones fame, eventually came on board to direct, and with all the set images and video we've seen recently, that seems like it will have been a good choice.
Tom Hiddleston also seemingly revealed as of late that Loki will not be appearing in The Avengers 2; however, did he really just mean as a bad guy?
