Katee Sackhoff Mentions Harley Quinn; Passed On Wonder Woman; Wants Star Wars

I believe for at least the second time, Katee Sackhoff has mentioned wanting to play Harley Quinn.

In previous interviews while discussing comic book super hero roles, she has made mention of the DC villain.

Now speaking with Total Film, she does once again.

"I would love to play Harley Quinn. I just think it's amazing. I mean I think I might give away my firstborn to have an opportunity to play Harley Quinn," she said. "I love trying to understand the villain, and trying to understand the things they do and why they do them, and I've always found her and The Joker, you almost can't understand them. And it makes it so much more interesting because everything's fair game, and I love that. I loved the usefulness of her, I thought that was interesting, and I just think that it's a fantastic character."

Sackhoff also offers she was passed on to play Wonder Woman in a TV series.

"I'd love to play Wonder Woman. I remember auditioning for the Wonder Woman television show and being told that I wasn't the Wonder Woman type, but if I wanted to play the best friend, I could audition for that," Sackhoff offered. "And remember thinking to myself, 'You obviously haven't seen my work!' [laughs]."

The actress also mentions she would love to be in Star Wars stating she was more attracted to the bounty hunter role of Han Solo than Princess Leia.

"If J.J. would listen, I would play a rock in the Star Wars movies. I think that they're fantastic, I think that he's a great choice, and I'm excited to see what happens in that world," she said.

Another fan-favorite choice for Katee Sackhoff happens to be Ms. Marvel, and she also recently did a racey calendar shoot for charity with fellow BSG alumnus Tricia Helfer.
