J.J. Abrams and his production company Bad Robot are adapting the final unproduced script of Twilight Zone creator Rod Serling with "The Stops Along the Way" for WB TV.

Not much is known about the last script of Rod Serling, which was created 38 years ago and just prior to his death, and the Abrams plot is being kept under wraps as well.

Deadline reports that "The Stops Along The way" will be developed into an event limited series through Abrams' deal at Warner Bros. Television and eventually shopped around.

Abrams and Bad Robot Productions are responsible for such TV series as Alias, Lost, FringeAlcatraz and Revolution.

Serling's Twilight Zone is also getting relaunched under X-Men: Days of Future Class director Bryan Singer for TV.
