Below you can read an open letter to fans penned by the daughter of Superman co-creator Jerry Siegel.

There has been litigation for years over the rights to Superman, and now Laura Siegel Larson let's her voice be known.

She makes a point of defending her lawyer, Marc Toberoff, whose intentions have come under scrutiny with a lawsuit filed by Warner Bros. that he interfered with the settlement process, in that he wants all the rights to himself. However, Laura Siegel Larson points out that her family turned down Warner Bros. offers before Toberoff got involved, and even makes mentions of stolen documents that somehow landed on the desks of Warner Bros. executives.

Her letter makes mention of what Superman would do, of a David vs. Goliath story, and fighting for what's right.
