It's was previously reported that Jason Momoa was in talks for a role in Batman Vs. Superman speculated to be the Martian Manhunter.

Then Momoa flat out denied the rumors stating he wasn't involved.

Now news surfaces that Momoa might be stretching the truth a bit as a new rumor suggests that Jason Momoa is up for Aquaman.

BadAssDigest has it that a trusted source has told them Momoa is up for Aquaman, even though the actor is denying a role in the movie(s).

They also confirm our first report of the Justice League appearing in Batman Vs. Superman as they state Aquaman will essentially cameo in the movie setting up the next one.

Interestingly enough, they state Momoa denying involvement could be a smokescreen to steer people off the right direction, which is what we just mentioned in regards to Bryan Cranston and Lex Luthor.

Regardless what's true, it's definitely going to be an interesting couple of months.

"Batman Vs Superman" has a July 17, 2015 release also starring Ben Affleck, Henry Cavill, Gal Gadot, Amy Adams, Laurence Fishburne and Diane Lane.
