Here Are The Latest Image Of Your New Batman Ben Affleck (Golden Globes)

Ben Affleck is your new Batman - like it or not - set to star alongside Henry Cavill as Superman and Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman in the as-of-yet untitled "Batman Vs. Superman" movie set for a July 2015 release.

It's been said Affleck is on board for the long haul with standalone Batman movies and Justice League thought to follow Batman Vs. Superman as well as possible other appearances in DC movies.

The 41-year-old Ben Affleck appeared last night at the Golden Globes giving us the most up-to-date look for the new Bruce Wayne.

It's hard to tell just how buff Affleck is underneath the tuxedo, but if we compare these images to an image of Affleck from August following the casting announcement, it does seem as if he's in a bit of better shape. I'm guessing they are bulking Affleck up a little bit before they diet him down. They are still about 4-8 weeks from shooting, so there should be more than enough time to get him into Batman shape.

Fellow stars Gal Gadot and Henry Cavill have been seen training for the movie as well.

It probably could be argued that Affleck doesn't need to diet as much as Cavill and Gadot as Affleck might not be wearing a skin-tight bat suit, though it would probably go along way with the fans if Affleck ended up in phenomenal shape (a bit of motivation for you, Ben).

Here are some Ben Affleck images from the Golden Globes (via Just Jared):
