Harry Lennix Confirmed For Batman Vs. Superman; Talks Man Of Steel & Rumors

Body

It's confirmed that Harry Lennix will reprise as General Swanwick for Batman Vs. Superman as the actor participated in a recent interview letting the news be known.

Lennix also talks, in the following video, about landing the role of General Swanwick in Man of Steel and participating in screen tests to help get Superman cast.

Harry Lennix also mentions, interestingly enough, that while he can't give particulars about Batman Vs. Superman, some of the rumors that are on the internet are actually legit.

Here's Lennix confirming his involvement in Batman Vs. Superman:

"It is a great script, and I think people will not be disappointed. And I can say that I am looking forward to working with Ben Affleck again. I've worked with him before. Did a movie called State of Play with him. Very nice man. And I know Henry [Cavill] is going to do a bang up job. This sequel will not disappoint in any way."

"Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" has a March 25, 2016 release starring Ben Affleck as Batman, Henry Cavill as Superman, Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, Amy Adams as Lois Lane, Laurence Fishburne as Perry White, Diane Lane as Martha Kent, Jeremy Irons as Alfred, Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor, Ray Fisher as Cyborg with Callan Mulvey, Holly Hunter and Tao Okamoto in new character roles for the film. Justice League is to follow directed by Zack Snyder as well.
