X-Men #2 is said to have gotten the axe as it's being reported Halle Berry has been cut from X-Men: Days Of Future Past from all her scenes but one.

The NY Daily News reports that a source on set has informed them that Halle Berry was cut out of every scene but one in post-production.

This is the second actor - if true - to get their scenes cut or at least diminished as Anna Paquin has been cut from the movie as well, though her scenes may appear in a director's cut DVD version of X-Men: Days Of Future Past.

With the cast of X-Men: Days Of Future Past being so large due to using the characters from two movies, it really doesn't come as a surprise that Bryan Singer would have to make some cuts somewhere.

Perhaps we'll see more of Halle Berry on the director's cut DVD as well.

Update: Director Bryan Singer says it's not true.

X-Men: Days of Future Past has a May 23, 2014 release date directed by Byran Singer starring Jennifer Lawrence, James McAvoy, Michael Fassbender, Nicholas Hoult, Anna Paquin, Ellen Page, Shawn Ashmore, Lucas Till, Hugh Jackman reprising as Wolverine, returning cast members Patrick Stewart and Ian McKellan, with Peter Dinklage as Bolivar Trask.
