Guardians of the Galaxy Movie Gets A $1.1 Billion Predicted Gross

With rumors surrounding a Guardians of the Galaxy 2, if the following prediction is anything to go by, a sequel is all but guaranteed.

The latest issue of Total Film magazine has an article about the upcoming Guardians of the Galaxy movie which gives us a basic run-down of what is known so far.

At the end of the article, they offer some predictions as to how Guardians of the Galaxy will do ratings-wise and at the box office.

Their guess:

Total Film gives Guardians of the Galaxy a 5-star predicted rating with a predicted global box office gross of $1.1 billion.

They also add: "Holy, Raccoons, this will be out of this world."

"Guardians of the Galaxy" has an August 1, 2014 release in the U.S.
