First Look At Iron Man & Hulk: Heroes United Animated Movie; Hits April 23rd

Body

Marvel has released a look at their new animated movie, Iron Man & Hulk: Heroes United, which sees the pair of Assemblers taking on the villain known as Zzzax.

While not specifically dubbed a follow-up to The Avengers movie, Jeph Loeb, head of Marvel TV, says you can take it that way if you want, and offers details on the plot.

"We welcome people to interpret any way they like,” says Loeb. “In tone and character, we want to follow our best leader.”

"We see his [Zzzax] origin in the movie," Loeb continues. "It’s what would happen if the entire Eastern seaboard [electrical grid] went out. The two heroes meet up, thinking of each other as to blame. Calamity ensues.”

Iron Man & Hulk: Heroes United debuts April 23rd.
