First Look At Batman Vs. Supeman Gotham PD Solves Stolen Batmobile Case


Zack Snyder has revealed our first look at the Gotham City PD in Batman Vs. Superman, and in doing so has solved the case of the stolen Batmobile.

Yesterday, saw it rumored that the Batmobile was stolen while in Detroit, and it was even reported the police were looking into the matter, but had not heard anything about it.

Now Batman Vs. Superman director Zack Snyder has taken to his official Twitter account to reveal the culprits.

It's the Stormtroopers from Star Wars!

In addition to the the following image, Snyder added: "Case closed."

This isn't the first time Zack Snyder has had some fun with Star Wars fans, as we've seen images for Super Jedi Henry Cavill and Batman and R2BIN.

Likewise, Star Wars: Episode VII director J.J. Abrams released "The C3PED Crusader" image.

Regarding whether or not the Batmobile was really stolen, Detroit police confirmed with Warner Bros. that it had not been stolen.


"Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" has a March 25, 2016 release starring Ben Affleck as Batman, Henry Cavill as Superman, Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, Amy Adams as Lois Lane, Laurence Fishburne as Perry White, Diane Lane as Martha Kent, Jeremy Irons as Alfred, Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor, Ray Fisher as Cyborg with Callan Mulvey, Holly Hunter and Tao Okamoto in new character roles for the film. Justice League is to follow directed by Zack Snyder as well.
