Emily Blunt Rumored For Batman Vs. Superman

This weeks sees Emily Blunt star alongside Tom Cruise in the Warner Bros. film Edge Of Tomorrow.

Could WB be sticking with Emily Blunt for Batman vs. Superman?

That is what is suggested by the website ElMultiCine.com.

In their own report about Emily Blunt starring in Edge Of Tomorrow, it's mentioned that Blunt is up for an unknown role in Batman Vs. Superman.

The website doesn't say much else or even where they heard the news, but this isn't the first time we've heard Blunt's name associated with a comic book movie.

Emily Blunt turned down the role of Black Widow, which went to Scarlett Johansson, as she was committed to other projects.

A couple years ago at Comic-Con, Emily Blunt also said she would still be interested in doing a comic book role if the part was right.

Maybe Emily Blunt will be seen side-by-side Wonder Woman, or perhaps even at Lex Luthor's side?

"Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" has a newly announced May 6, 2016 release starring Ben Affleck as Batman, Henry Cavill as Superman, Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, Amy Adams as Lois Lane, Laurence Fishburne as Perry White, Diane Lane as Martha Kent, Jeremy Irons as Alfred, Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor, Ray Fisher as Cyborg with Callan Mulvey, Holly Hunter and Tao Okamoto in new character roles for the film.
