DC Universe Online: Fastest Selling Game Ever

Body

The President of Sony Online Entertainment, John Smedley, tweeted that the DC Universe Online game is the company's fastest selling game - ever.

Smedley also tweeted that 52% of the sales come from the PS3 and 48% from PC sales.

Also, they are trying to work out the out-of-stock problems arising in some areas for the game.

From quickly scanning Smedley's tweets, it appears Sony wasn't sure just how big of a hit DCUO was going to be. Numerous tweets mention adding more servers to handle all the traffic, with the existing ones peaking and being full.

Apparently, the server capacity issue has not gone unnoticed as GameSpy reports that, "the publisher/developer has heard your feedback, and several fixes, tweaks, and new features for DCUO are now in the works."

I have yet to get my hands on this, but look for a review on DCUO from Cosmic Book News soon!
