Darien Lake Superman Ride Of Steel Roller Coaster Suffers Another Mishap

Body

One month after an Iraq Veteran was killed on the Superman "Ride Of Steel" at Darien Lake, another mishap has occurred.

Riders became stuck on the first hill when the rollercoaster's chain apparently malfunctioned and broke.

The 32 riders had to be told by park employees to walk down the steep set of stairs.

No one was injured, but one rider, 12 year old Sentrain Gibson, said he probably won't ride again.

His father was watching down below and was told to leave the area by park employees. When he refused, security was called to escort Mr. Gibson away from the area. After a brief discussion, he was allowed to stay -- and told to take no pictures.

However, a concerned parent did manage to snap some pics.
