CW Passes On Amazon Wonder Woman TV Show

Strike Two...

The CW has decided to pass on the new Wonder Woman show, "Amazon," as part of their coming Fall line-up and has decided to roll it on to next year.

Deadline announced the news and also said there is at least some hope that Amazon will get put into earlier production if the CW likes the final script and then it will become part of an "off-cycle" pilot.

It's also mentioned that Amazon is still a priority with the network as Arrow has been such a success.

Amazon was said to be about a young teenage Diana coming into her own as she experiences the world of man for the first time.

NBC also passed on a Wonder Woman TV series of their own which was to star Adrianne Palicki.
