Cosmic Book News Contest Rules


Eligibility: Contest is open US Residents (No P.O. Box) and Canada at least eighteen (18) years old or that have parental permission to enter. Subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations. Void where prohibited.

To Enter: Sign up for the Cosmic Book News E-Mail Newsletter.
To Win: Two winners will be selected at random from all valid entries.
Contest Period: December 4, 2012 through December 10, 2012 (11:59 ET). 
Prize: Each winner will receive one copy of Spider-Man Chronicle: A Year by Year Visual History and one copy of Spider-Man: Inside the World of Your Friendly Neighborhood Hero.
Claiming the Prize: The winners will be notified via Email. To claim the Prize, the winner must follow the instructions in their notification within the stated time frame. Failure to properly claim any Prize in a timely manner will result in forfeiture.
Publicity: Winner gives permission to have his or her name to be used for promotional purposes without payment.
Cosmic Book News reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend the contest at any time. 
Cosmic Book News is not responsible for any errors or malfunctions that may be a result of user error, computer malfunctions, or similar issues.
Disputes: No claimant in any dispute involving Cosmic Book News shall be entitled to claim or obtain indirect, punitive, incidental or consequential damages. 
No purchase necessary to enter. A purchase does not increase odds of winning.
