Constantine Gets A Full Series From NBC & New Image

It's learned that David Goyer's Constantine series has been ordered for a full series by NBC.

Constantine is based on the DC Comics comic book and character of the same name.

Goyer, serving as executive producer on Constantine, also wrote the Batman Dark Knight movies, Man of Steel, Batman Vs. Superman and most likely is writing Justice League.

The series centers on Constantine as he struggles with his faith while haunted by the sins of his past but is suddenly thrust into the role of defending humanity from the gathering forces of darkness (via THR). 

Matt Ryan is set to play Constantine.

Earlier also saw news of the CW ordering full series for The Flash and iZombie, as well as Fox with Gotham.
