Christopher Nolan Denies Recent Marvel Comments

Yesterday saw an interview printed with Christopher Nolan which had it The Dark Knight Trilogy director stated films with post-credit scenes were not real movies, an obvious jab toward Marvel.

Now, however, Nolan is stating he didn't say those words.

“I would never say someone else’s film isn’t ‘a real film,’” Nolan said in a statement to BuzzFeed. “The quote is inaccurate.”

According to the Guardian, when asked why there wasn't a post-credit scene in Man of Steel, Nolan responded stating Warner Bros. wanted one but replied, "A real movie wouldn’t do that."

It's said the Guardian website hasn't replied back to inquiries regarding Nolan's comments.
