It looks as if Marvel has another blockbuster on their hands with Captain America: The Winter Soldier as it's being reported that advance tickets sales are through the roof as well as the movie has been well received by international audiences.

Online ticket seller Fandango reports that Captain America 2 has become its top-selling movie of all time for the month of April, beating out the popular Fast and Five movie, which debuted in April of 2011 with $86.2 million at the U.S. box office.

It's suggested that the Captain America 2 opening weekend may even top that number as it's speculated it could net $90 million or even a $100 million in North America, says The Hollywood Reporter.

Captain America 2 is also said to have already have passed $100 million internationally.

The first Captain America saw a debut of about $65 million in the U.S.

Similar to Thor 2, we see that The Avengers movie looks to be playing a heavy factor in the further success of the Marvel Studios films. Thor 2 netted about $200 million more worldwide than its first movie.

A majority of reviews and word-of-mouth has been positive for Captain America 2 as well. The Warner Bros. movie review aggregate site, Rotten Tomatoes, has Captain America 2 at an 89% positive reviewer rating with a whopping 99% audience rating.

Captain America: The Winter Soldier has an April 4, 2014 release.
