Brad Pitt Vs. Zombies: First Footage Of World War Z Revealed Ahead of Trailer

Things are finally starting to come together for the Brad Pitt World War Z movie as this Thursday will see the zombie movie's first trailer released.

While we wait, we get a sneak peek in the form of video footage that aired earlier on Entertainment Tonight.

The movie is based on the Max Brooks written novel of the same name and also stars Matthew Fox, Eric West, James Badge Dale (Iron Man 3), David Morse and Mireille Enos.

Star Trek scribe Damon Lindelof wrote the screenplay with Matthew Michael Carnahan.

World War Z is directed by Marc Forster (Quantum of Solace) and has a June 21, 2013 release date.

Synopsis:

The story revolves around United Nations employee Gerry Lane (Pitt), who traverses the world in a race against time to stop the Zombie pandemic that is toppling armies and governments and threatening to decimate humanity itself. Enos plays Gerry’s wife Karen Lane; Kertesz is his comrade in arms, Segen.
