Batman Vs. Superman Rated-R Twitter Reactions

A notice from the MPAA recently hit the net stating the Batman Vs. Superman Ultimate Edition Blu-Ray will be rated-R for "sequences of violence."

Per the norm, fan reaction is split regarding why the need for a superhero movie to be rated-R (that's not Deadpool). While some are in favor of potentially seeing Batman knock the crud out of the villains (and Superman?), others are questioning whether or not we'll get a Batman who will swear or even Superman more violent than killing Zod in Man of Steel.

It is possible the R-rated director's cut of Batman Vs. Superman could feature numerous f-bombs as I believe one f-bomb is allowed in PG-13 rated movies; however, the MPAA specifically mentions violence, so we could see a lot more blood and gore than we're used to (for instance in the Nolan Batman movies or the Marvel "popcorn" films).

Below you can check out Twitter reactions (the first two are mine) to the news, and you can head on over to our Facebook to get in on the discussion as well.
