Batman Vs. Superman Cereal Debuts At Wizard World New Orleans Comic-Con
Get your first taste of the Batman Vs. Superman cereals this coming weekend at the Wizard World New Orleans Comic-Con.
Previously shown off by DC Entertainment chief creative officer and Batman Vs. Superman producer Geoff Johns, now General Mills has officially revealed the cereals.
The Batman Vs. Superman cereals come in two flavors: "Superman Caramel Crunch" and "Batman Chocolate Strawberry."
“Superman and Batman continue to appeal to the generations of fans that have enjoyed them for decades, as well as new Super Hero fans experiencing them for the first time,” Alan Cunningham, senior marketing manager, Cereal Innovation, at General Mills said in a statement. “So it doesn’t get much more exciting for us than having the opportunity to feature these iconic characters on their two new cereals.”
The "Superman Caramel Crunch" pieces are shaped like the Superman shield, and "Batman Chocolate Strawberry" pieces are shaped after the Batman emblem.
"We spent extensive time and effort to develop the flavors and look of these cereals, and their packaging, so that they will match the incredible quality of the characters they feature,” Cunningham added.
