The Avengers' Jeremy Renner Gets Into Bar Fight In Thailand

Body

298

Star of The Avengers as well as Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol, Jeremy Renner, was recently involved in a bar fight in Thailand.

Reports are a bit sketchy, with some stating the actor suffered a minor hand injury, while his official rep states that Renner wasn't injured and left immediately when the fight broke out.

Apparently what happened was a verbal argument between a General Manager of a rival bar in Renner's group ensued between the employees of another Thai nightclub. Something about a glass being broken was mentioned  - and then all hell broke loose.

The employees attacked Renner's group with home-made weapons, which even included an axe made from the brake rotor of a motorcycle. The General Manager was seriously wounded, and the attacker's have since been charged with attempted murder.

Renner is currently filming the newest Bourne movie in Thailand.
