The Avengers (2012): Early Screenings To Be Held For Facebook Fans (Samuel L. Jackson Video)

1180 We know that the official release date for The Avengers movie in the U.S. is May 4th, but the Avengers assemble Internationally beginning April 11th!

Well, if your city happens to have amassed quite the following on The Avengers official Facebook - you can get your chance to see the likes of Cap, Thor, Iron Man and Hulk early.

Early screenings are set for April 14th in Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, Houston and Miami.

Admission is free, and it's a first-come, first serve basis.

In addition, five more cities will get their chance to show the movie early as well.

The cities with the most fans on The Avengers Facebook get the early screenings, so be sure to assemble all your friends and "like" the page for a chance to see the movie early.

The Avengers assembles May 4th, 2012 and is directed by Joss Whedon, starring Robert Downey Jr. as Iron Man, Chris Hemsworth as Thor, Chris Evans as Captain America, Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury, Mark Ruffalo as the Hulk, Scarlett Johansson as the Black Widow and Jeremy Renner as Hawkeye.
