Arrow Season 2 Premiere Ratings Comparable To Last Year

The Arrow Season 2 premiere was comparable in ratings to the season finale of last year.

Last night's episode scored about 2.7 million viewers with a .9 rating in the coveted adult demo.

The 2.7 is on par with last year's season finale, so at least the audience seems stable.

However, compared to the very first episode, the Season 2 premiere is down in ratings by 31 percent. 

It will be interesting to see how the ratings go with the introduction of various DC Comics characters including The Flash and the Batman villains, the League of Assassins.

Also, the new CW show The Tomorrow People scored 2.3 million, which is pretty much the same as Supernatural in the same time slot last year.
