Add one more DC Comics character to the list for Season 2 of Arrow as Dylan Neal will play Dr. Anthony Ivo, aka the mad scientist, Professor Ivo, in the comics.

Neal will appear in flashbacks during the fifth episode of the season with "League Of Assassins," with the role described by Screen Crush as a brutal but ruthless scientist who will stop at nothing to unearth a breakthrough that dates back to the latter days of World War II.

It's also stated the role for Dylan Neal could become a recurring role.

In the comic books, Professor Ivo is obsessed with immortality creating a serum that horribly disfigured his body as well as responsible for the creation of the android, Amazo.

Dylan Neal is known for Percy Jackson, Cedar Grove and was featured on Smallville as Ray Sacks.

Arrow Season 2 premieres Wednesday, October 9th at 8pm ET.
