Armie Hammer Talks Defunct Justice League Movie Batman Suit: "It Was Bad Ass" (Video)
Armie Hammer was at one time attached to play Batman in the defunct George Miller Justice League movie back in 2008.
Due to the writer's strike and probably too large of a budget the movie was put on permanent hold.
However that isn't going to stop people talking about the movie as well as the possibility of Armie Hammer playing Batman in the near future.
The latest regarding Armie Hammer and Batman comes from Hit Fix who spoke with the actor about seeing the designs for the Bat suit.
We see in the following video how excited Armie Hammer gets when he realizes someone else saw the designs, mentions it's bad ass as well as some of the details.
Interestingly enough, Armie Hammer also says George Miller was taking the Justice League further than the DC people would ever be comfortable with, which could be argued what Zack Snyder and David Goyer did with the new Man of Steel movie.
Regarding Armie Hammer as Batman, having the actor come back for the role wouldn't be out of the question as both Henry Cavill and Amy Adams tried out numerous times for Superman and Lois Lane; however, it seems that Marvel Studios may have their sights set on Hammer to be Ant-Man.
Armie Hammer can next be seen in Disney's The Lone Ranger, out July 3rd, and the actor has signed on to play opposite Henry Cavill in the Man From U.N.C.L.E.
