Apocalypse Not An Alien In New X-Men Movie Says Bryan Singer

Body

Earlier, a rumor surfaced for the new X-Men: Apocalypse movie that stated at the end of X-Men: Days Of Future Past an alien life form merges with Michael Fassbender's Magneto to become Apocalpyse.

Now Bryan Singer takes to his Twitter to debunk the alien part of the rumor.

Of course, "alien" may not necessarily refer to an outer-space being, but something foreign or unknown, which would be the case if Magneto discovers it as obviously he wouldn't be familiar with Apocalypse. In essence, it's "alien" to Magneto. Still, I hope the merging part gets debunked as well. Onslaught, anyone?

X-Men: Apocalypse has a rumored May 26, 2016 release date.
