Amazing Spider-Man (2012): New Viral Campaign With Local Comic Shops

Now this is a pretty cool idea.

Previously, with the release of the latest trailer to the the Amazing Spider-Man, a "secret" website was found in one of the images, MarkoftheSpider-Man.com. Currently, the site still shows the six noisy screens.

However, the site's Twitter feed, @markofspiderman, has been tweeting points of latitude and longitude.

When entered into a Map, the points are the locations of various comic book shops in different cities.

A writer at SuperHeroHype actually went to his LCS and discovered an Amazing Spider-Man package, which is basically a replica of Peter Park's own. Inside are books, sketches, images and sneakers, which all seem to belong to the Wall Crawler as "Property Of Peter Parker" is taped on the book bag.

Now, I don't know if every location has the same bag and contents as this is the first I've heard of it, but you can take a look at some of the belongings below.
