Adam Driver Said To Be Star Wars: Episode VII Main Villain

It's being reported that Adam Driver is close to signing to play the villain in Star Wars: Episode VII.

Variety reports that Driver's name has been rumored in the past, but recently sources have informed them the actor will play the villain, which is described as in the vein of Darth Vader.

Adam Driver seems to be a hot commodity presently in Hollywood as the actor's name has come up numerous times, even rumored for Nightwing in Batman Vs. Superman.

Driver, a former Marine, is known for the Girls TV series as well as Lincoln.

To date, no official casting has been announced for Star Wars: Episode VII, but with filming looking to begin in the next couple of months, announcements should be made soon.

"Star Wars: Episode VII" has a December 18, 2015 release.
