The Fault created as a result of War of Kings has led witness to creatures of unimaginable horror -- and power. Evil Versions of Earth’s Mightiest Heroes including Iron Man, Thor, Captain America, Giant Man, Scarlet Witch, and the Cosmic Avenger, Quasar, have assembled.
In addition to the abhorrent versions above, The Fault has let loose disgusting grotesque creatures into our universe. Creatures which threaten the very fabric of space and time. Creatures which threaten the known Universe.
Guarding and Protecting the Universe, The Guardians of the Galaxy, Nova, Quasar and Darkhawk are currently doing all they can do to halt
the advancement that is spreading from the Cancerverse, a universe described by Moondragon, where “..life has won and death has lost...” As seen
in the recent pages of
Realm of Kings: Imperial Guard something wicked this way comes…
With the recent release of Marvel’s April Solicits, fan reaction to Guardians of the Galaxy #25 was titanic, to say the least. The Mad Titan, Thanos, graced the cover red eyes blazing. While true at times, Death’s lover, has been depicted with similar glowing orbs, the crimson colored omens recall the contagion from the Realm of Kings One Shot.
Some readers are assuming it’s the Thanos from our universe reborn, perhaps out of that enigmatic cocoon, coming to Death’s defense. While others presume this to be the Titan from the Fault, perhaps infected as well or even some sort of refugee seeking asylum from The Many Angled Ones.
Cosmic Book News asked Marvel Editor Bill Rosemann for a comment on the reappearance of Thanos of Titan. The Editor responded in kind, exclusively to Cosmic Book News:
